She is currently completing her fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the Metabolic Medical Institute (MMI), where her focus includes advanced bioidentical hormone therapy, endocrinology, and metabolic resilience. Her work bridges conventional and precision-based care, integrating the latest insights in wearable data, AI-driven diagnostics, and cellular therapies.

Dr. Holmes is particularly passionate about supporting hormone health in women and children, with the belief that hormonal imbalances are not just adult issues - they often begin early in life and deserve earlier recognition and care. At BioReset, she sees patients through the lens of whole-person care, helping women navigate everything from fertility and fatigue to perimenopause and metabolic shifts.

Her pediatric work addresses early developmental concerns, chronic inflammation, and hormone-related imbalances, offering families innovative options rooted in functional medicine and regenerative science.

As a global speaker and educator, Dr. Holmes is a strong advocate for increasing awareness around hormonal health. She has trained at A4M’s Advanced BHRT Symposium and completed its endocrinology modules focused on detoxification, endocrine disruptors, and safe, effective hormone support. Whether she is helping a teen stabilize their hormones through nutrition and lifestyle, or guiding a woman through menopause with personalized BHRT, her goal is the same: to restore balance, improve resilience, and help her patients thrive.

Driven by both clinical expertise and lived experience, Dr. Holmes brings compassion and relatability to her work. She understands what it means to be on the other side of the exam room - and holds space for patients navigating complex or misunderstood conditions.

Outside of clinic hours, you’ll find her surfing, practicing yoga (often in pajamas), admiring architecture, or laughing with friends and family. While she hasn’t officially declared whether she’s a dog or cat person, she’s an animal lover at heart.
