Dr. Adam Lustig is a dual board-certified physician in family and sports medicine with a deep commitment to musculoskeletal health, functional medicine, and longevity.
Dr. Lustig completed his family medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Columbia University, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Miami, specializing in orthopedic injuries, movement optimization, and exercise medicine.
A serendipitous encounter with Dr. Matt Cook marked a significant chapter in Dr. Lustig’s career, introducing him to regenerative medicine. His fascination with musculoskeletal and functional medicine had already driven him to explore ways to push beyond conventional treatments, seeking better, smarter ways to help the body heal itself. Training under Dr. Cook, he refined his expertise, integrating advanced regenerative therapies that enhance recovery, restore function, and support long-term strength.
